By using Poker Trainer, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.
Web purchases: We offer lifetime and yearly purchases for services accessed through our website. Payments are processed via Stripe, which handles payment processing and related services. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
Mobile app purchases: For our mobile apps available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, we offer monthly and yearly subscriptions as well as a lifetime purchase option. Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds for mobile purchases are handled according to the policies of the respective platform.
Due to our “try before you buy” approach, refunds are generally not offered for web purchases. However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds and cancellations are handled directly through the respective platform according to their policies.
Premium plans are intended for personal use only. Users may access premium features on up to three devices. Attempts to bypass these limitations or misuse the service may result in access being restricted or revoked.
We continuously improve Poker Trainer by updating features, tools, and training content, including built-in preflop ranges.
If significant changes are made, we may notify users through the app or via email and provide resources where possible to help users adapt to the changes.
We value user feedback and consider it an important part of the development process, although we cannot guarantee that all suggestions will be implemented.
Lifetime purchases grant access to the current version of Poker Trainer and to updates or improvements made to that version.
In the future, significant new generations of the product or major new feature sets may be released as separate offerings. Access to such new products or features may require an additional purchase. When this occurs, we will communicate clearly with users about what is included and how new offerings can be accessed.
Users may create their own preflop ranges within the app. We recognize the time and effort users invest in creating custom ranges and aim to safeguard this content from accidental loss.
In rare cases where technical or operational issues require modification or removal of user-created ranges, we will attempt to notify affected users in advance when possible and provide assistance where feasible.
All content provided by Poker Trainer, including articles, training materials, graphics, and software, is the property of Poker Trainer or used with permission.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use Poker Trainer content without prior written permission.
Poker Trainer is an educational tool intended to help users learn and practice poker strategy. The service does not provide financial, gambling, or investment advice.
Poker involves risk, and results in real games depend on many factors outside our control. Poker Trainer is not responsible for any financial losses or outcomes resulting from the use of the service or from playing poker.
In the event of a dispute, both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
The arbitration will be conducted in English.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, users may be notified through the app or via email.
Continued use of Poker Trainer after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
